NolaDraw Website & Artwork Terms

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

NolaDraw is provided by Brokers Tech Limited, Hong Kong (“we”, “us”). These terms cover the website https://noladraw.com and the drawing files offered for download on it.

The NolaDraw iPad app is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms do not change that agreement.

2. Children and grown-ups

This website is made for children to explore with a parent or legal guardian. A grown-up should decide which drawings to download and open.

3. Downloadable artwork

Artwork offered for download on this website remains the property of its creator. You may use it for personal practice, modify it, share the original files, share modified versions, and use it commercially, provided you credit the creator named with the download. Attribution is required for these permitted uses. A download is not a transfer of copyright.

A .nola file contains the finished drawing and its drawing history, and may also contain a reference photo and the conversation with Nola. When you share a modified file, review what it contains first, especially when a child has used the app.

4. Using this website

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or present our name, Nola, or downloaded artwork as your own creation. Our Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use the app or contact us; it is available from the Privacy Policy link on this website.

5. No warranty for downloads

Downloads are provided as they are, free of charge. A file may need a newer version of the app to open or edit. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, liability, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the effective date above when we do. Changes do not remove permissions already granted for artwork you downloaded earlier.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes relating to these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, without affecting mandatory consumer protections or any right you have to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.
